How do I make a link that links to a part in the page. i.e. I am listing topics but i want the user to be able to click the topic and it will jump to the appropriate area in the page.

I've searched but I just can't seem to stumble upon the answer.

Also, how do you add a shoutbox? I don't have an add shoutbox button so how do I do it?

    Use the Anchor pluginsQuestion.

You need to add the ShoutboxQuestion as a new moduleQuestion.
