Allow messages from other users
I sent a message to an intranet user and got an error: "User XX can not receive messages" and a warning to verify whether "Allow messages from other users" had been checked.
When inspecting "user preferences - user messages" settings found that check box “Allow messages from other users??? was not there, missing.
The same happens to all registered users.
How can I recover it ?
