The only menu available by default in a fresh Tiki install has too many items for a horizontal menu, especially in a theme with side margins like Kubrick. This is why the menu id isn't used.

At least now when the menu doesn't exist yet there is just an error message. When the theme was first released, if the menu hadn't been created already, the error would stop every page from displaying. Nasty
