Not sure what this means. Try simply FTPing the JS plugin to your webhost.

Yes, simply add a different banner zone to the template file for each Tiki feature (such as tiki-show_page.tpl for wiki, tiki-view_blog_post.tpl for blogs, etc.). See the docs for details.
