Zero, can you just make a screenshot of a text editor showing the text you wanted to post?
(there must be some words that the server identifies as from a person trying to get access to the server, and tikiwiki.org system admin will need to know your message to try to identify the problematic words, and change the security rules in order to allow those words).
You can attach the image to your forum post, can't you?
