the docs don't go into too much detail, but I think I get the idea. To avoid parsing the wiki source, the wiki engine caches pages in HTML or some intermediate format.

In most cases, I don't think this will interest readers, so I will probably move it to a less prominent position, or remove it completely. It looks like I can do this by copying tiki-show_page.tpl to my styles subdirectory and modifying or moving the div wikitopline.
