ohh, I have to say sorry for spamming the forum redface - but right after having sent the post I had the idea ideaidea:

  • Both solutions will work, if you FIRST take manually away the approved category (which is given automatically by the system).

    • It is written under the structure administration "Remove existing categories from ALL pages before recategorizing:", but I didn't understand, that it would affect the object permissions as well, and that it doesn't "help" to assign the pages to two categories in this case.

  • THEN you can either choose to set permissions over the structure or by assigning to the new category.

    • Advantage of the structure permissions is, that they remain still there and you don't need to make the second step to assign to the other category.

  • After editing one of these pages and having approved them, you will have to do same work again.
