users table issues after upgrading from 2.0 to 2.2

Hi,
I upgraded from 2.0 to 2.2 using Fantastico and it went well. However, my users table is not working now. As an admin, when I try to add a new user I get a big error message. I noticed that the order of fields is different. My existing (2.0) table has userid, login, password as the first three field whereas the error message indicates that it was trying to insert login, password, email as the first three fields. By skipping the 2.0 to 2.1 upgrade, was a change in the structure for the users table?
thanks

I've attached the error message. Not sure what you mean by install script to upgrade my database to 2.2. Doesn't Fantastico upgrade the databases automatically?
...Bob.

Thank Rick. I tried this and got:

Installer disabled. Remove 'db/lock' to enable the installer.

Is the 'db/locl' a tiki switch or a mysql switch (from phpadmin)?

I just tried the upgrade for the database to 2.2 and got the same problem when I tried to add a new user.
I've attached the screenshots showing which script I selected (2.2) and the OK message afterwards. Did I miss something?

thanks

Thanks. Yes, I ran the 1.9 to 2.0 script (as per the screenshot) and it worked. I can add new users to my users table. I'm surprised this worked because it means that Fantastico did not upgrade the database structure properly when I used it to go from 1.9 to 2.0.

Any comments about what Fantastico does and doesn't do during its upgrades for Tiki?

thanks
