Rate/review member loaded content

I'm reading some of the more recent posts on members creating content and being able to rate. My basic issue is the need for members to be able to load content (writing or illustrations) which are then reviewed/rated by other members.

To do this, I need one of two options:
1. The ability for members to rate (on a scale or multiple scales) an article. The article is easiest as I can use topics to break the content down by type and categories to break down by specialty. Unfortunately, articles do not include a rating system.

1A: Is there a way to add the ratings to the articles template (to mimic the way they are included in wiki pages)? If so, where do I access the template?

2. If not, is there a way to click to automatically name and create a new wiki page? This would provide the functionality I need, if not all of it, equal to articles. But, it does not seem possible to create a simple link the same way as the add articles link.
- This question is identical to commania's here: http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?comments_parentId=30928&topics_sort_mode=lastPost_desc&forumId=4Question

3. Is there another option? Something I am missing to get my project needs met and online? Any sugestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
DWeade

Rick,

I'm reading through your notes. Didn't know you could add it to wiki pages and articles. For clarification:

Wiki template = tiki_showpage.tpl (Is that correct?)
Articles template = ???

Thanks again,
D

Rick, I'm looking at JS-kit and wondering: is it possible, using JS-kit for rating articles, to use a Tikiwiki module to pull up the top rated stories, by category?
