OK, I am going to use the FTP method.
The FTP client I am using is Filezilla open-source software. I did not find a "overwrite only if source is newer" option, does it has such a feature?
When I asked which file to exclue, I mean, there must be file(s) for installing Tikiwiki, so maybe I need to exclue these install files when updating. Is there any such file?
