Re: Admin Group for every registered User
Check to make sure that, on tiki-admingroups.php?group=Registered, "Admins" is not highlighted in the "Include" box.
(By the way, preferences are stored in the database, not config files, in case you ever need to directly edit them; but, except in extreme cases, using Tiki's admin interface will do the job.)
