    No file editing is necessary. Just go to the Look and Feel admin page and (under the 'Miscellaneous' tab in Tiki 4 anyway) activate 'Layout per section'. When the page refreshes, click the 'Admin layout per section' link to go to the page to set the column visibility for each section.
