Features / Usability

I want to make trackers that users can enter, view, update and share data with other users, or even make new trackers, and I want to be able to put more than one field on a line. Pretty trackers and templates seemed to be the way to go, but the one tutorial doesn't work (step 5-G is impossible and there seems to be no way to comment on the article nor contact the authors) and there seems to be no other documentation or feature I can use.
