How to set the default home page

Hi there!

I'm new to TikiWiki, but after messing with it for a few days, I can see it looks great!

I'd like to create a site where the default home page is either the forums list or a list of the most recent articles. Is this easy to achieve? I can see an obvious tick box in the admin pages.

I'm currently using Tiki 1.8RC2

Any suggestions appreciated.

just put the url of the page you want as home page in the admin page:
general (http:// your url /tiki-admin.php?page=general)

Hiya,

On the admin->general screen of all Tiki insatllations you can find a option to choose either Wiki or Articles as the home page.

If you want something else, its just as easy click use URI as HomePage and give the uri as something like: tiki-view_forums.php

Hope it helps you out, if you get stuck, message me back

Damian!
