Tiki 6.1 tabs show up but throws JavaScript error

Hello,

I just upgraded to Tiki 6.1 from 3.5. Here is my setup:
Windows 2003 Server
IIS 6
PHP 5.3.2
mySQL 5.0.67

At first tabs were working fine, but as I was trying to get Staging and Approvals working, tabs stopped working and are throwing this error in the Firefox console "tikitabs is not defined".

Has anyone run into this issue? If so, how can I fix it?

Thanks!

Hi,
you may want to try the just-released version 6.2, in particular if you want to use Staging and Approval (which remains rather experimental). PHP 5.3.2 is known for a bug causing an issue with Tiki, you may want to upgrade.

Otherwise, do you see any JavaScript error before the one about tikitabs?

Thanks for the reply Chealer9!

I will try and upgrade Tiki to 6.2. As for PHP, is there any certain version you suggest with my setup?

This is the only JavaScript error that I'm getting, and it only shows up in the console when you click on a tab.

Did you remember to clear the Tiki cache after the upgrade?

Also, try turning off the "Minify JS" option.

HTH,
