We switched off auto-quote already in the forums, but it remains in the wiki page comments. Since some of our users tend to lengthy comments, auto-quote discourages other users from commenting on wiki pages. There seems to be no switch to turn off auto-quote in comments on wiki pages.

In any case, be there auto-quote or not in the *forums* – it doesn't matter much since our forums are not usable anyways due to this issue:
