    My website is a medium-sized collection of wiki pages with nested headers and subheaders and subsubheaders on each page. I use a combination of STRUCTURES, TOC and MAKETOC to create a "complete" Table of Contents, and to produce an off-line PDF file using Word to also show the complete nesting of pages.

    It takes a little effort, but it is worth it for good content management.
