I configured indexing as follows:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/docx2txt/ | docx2txt.pl %1 -
https://github.com/dilshod/xlsx2csv/blob/master/xlsx2csv.py |xlsx2csv.py %1
and it works fine.
And i will use:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pptx2txt/ for .pptx files
