    I'm just stumped.

    For some reason I am not able to have tikiwiki 9.0 email out.

    tiki-admin.php?page=general

    I've tried using SENDMAIL and when I enter my email in the "Email to send a test mail" field.. it claims it sent, but nothing ever arrives (I've tried sending to multiple email accounts and verified nothing has been sent to SPAM).

    When this didn't work I tried using the SMTP settings. I've VERY CAREFULLY entered my info for my email account and when I try to have it send me a test email, it just gives me the following error:

    Warning
    Unable to send mailArray ( 0 => Failed to connect to server: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Temporary failure in name resolution 1 => Not connected! )

    I'm out of ideas.. any help would be VERY.. um.. helpful.

    Is your Tiki installation on a Windows or Unix (Linux) host?

    Who's hosting your site? I ran into some issues with GoDaddy. There are parameters in the email subjects that are flagged by their servers and the message never goes out.

    There is some information for it here under the GoDaddy listing...
