cannot copy tiki/lib/smarty_tiki/function.quotabar.php to web server

I downloaded and extract the latest version of Tiki-Wiki e.g. 11.0 extract the files then proceeded to copy them to a sub folder called tiki on my hosted web server.
Once files would simply not copy (using CuteFTP) namly
tiki/lib/smarty_tiki/function.quotabar.php
I checked he rights for the folder in question they were 755, I changed to 777 just as a test but still will not upload. I then tried an alternative program GoodSync (great program) and again this particular files will not copy below as the errors I receive from each app when I try to copy the file, I have also selected this one file but it still will not copy.
I have checked there is no file with the same name in the directory and therefore noting to over write. Al the other files copied OK.
Any suggestions/help most apreaciated
