    Did you follow the Move Tiki to a New ServerQuestion instructions?

    Essentially you:

    1. Backup your current MySQL Database
    2. Backup your folder (i.e., the directory in which you installed Tiki on the "old" server).
    3. Restore the database on your new server.
    4. Restore your folder on the new server.
    5. Clear all the Tiki caches.
    6. Run the Tiki installer on the new server and select "upgrade."
