I could probably fix this myself if I knew where I to look. It seems pretty obvious, I think, if you look at the urls I mentioned.

that they should probably read

http://foucault/tikiw/tiki-admin_topics.php?remove=1

http://foucault/tikiw/tiki-index.php?page=Acrobat+Reader

? instead of /

Of course, it may not be that simple.
