    Can we add php routines to Wiki pages, HTML pages and Modules?
    If so, how do you go about doing it?

    You can't do that except in modules by adding the special PHP Smarty tag.

    The better way would be to create wiki-plugins, there are many simple examples in your lib/wiki-plugins/ folder already.
