Auto Generate Message to Admin
Thank you Jonny for your suggestion. That might be above my pay grade in terms of technical skill 
I have able to create the internal message automatically, I just need to be able to create a macro or something to click on send
Anyone any easier ideas for me please

There are a few ways to do this, probably the "easiest" wold be with a tracker and a tracker plugin in a wiki page. You could take a look at the Contact Form Profile and try it out on a spare Tiki if you have one, then take the bits you want for your use (or just try it having made a backup of you database, and then delete the fields and pages you don't needed?)
Trackers and PluginTracker have extensive options for sending emails.
