Swiper Slider Configuration

Good day folks, and Happy New Year!
I love the Swiper Slider, but I am having a config issue.
I have successfully formatted my slider with images, you can see here at https://thepatriotwoodwiki.org/sandboxQuestion

I wanted to further customize my images by inserting text on top of the image, and when the image is clicked it takes the user to a page in the wiki.
Using this provided example in the Swiper Slider UI:

title:Slide 1 title;text:HTML/Wiki Syntax Supported Slide 1 text;image:Slide Image URL;bgcolor:#colorcode;color: #color code for text | title:Slide 2 title;text:Slide 2 text;image:Slide Image URL;bgcolor:#colorcode

I substituted Slide Image URL for id of the image display663 for example, the image did render in the slide but only a portion of its original height.
Please see screen shot attached. That image is actually about 400px tall but it's rendering around 100px tall.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hello John and Happy New year.

You have some CSS setting the min-height of a swiper slide. I guess this is build-in.

Copy to clipboard
#swiper-container1 .swiper-slide { font-size: 16px; color: ; min-height: 100px; text-align: center; width: 100%; overflow: hidden; }

Try to add in your Tiki custom CSS field (look&feel, customization panel) something like this

Copy to clipboard
#swiper-container1 .swiper-slide { min-height: 400px !important; }

You can change the "400px" for another value of course.
Good luck !

That worked Bernard! Thank you very much! Do you have time to show me how to add a link to the image?

Great!
About adding a link to the image, it is years I don't use the Tiki Swipper and prefer the plugin list (carousel template) solution as most of my solutions built with TikiQuestion are based on trackeritems. (more complicate but more flexible).

Based on : https://doc.tiki.org/PluginSwiperQuestion

Example Custom Slide Code
Copy to clipboard
title:Slide 1 title; text:HTML/Wiki Syntax Supported Slide 1 text; image:Slide Image URL; bgcolor:#colorcode; color: #color code for text

Slide 1 title

Some text and a link PluginSwiper

Slide 2 title

Some other text and a link News

Slide 3 title

more text and a link Demo

I did a 5mn experimentation, and I believe the swipper allows you to add a link to the text of the slide.
I don't see a way to turn the full image into a link.

Thank you Bernard, that will work just fine, appreciate your attention and work, thank you!
