It might have to do with enabling SEFU. I tried but it involved changing _htaccess to .htaccess. when i did, the site had DOM issues and none of the modules would load. Therefore, I could not logon to even enable SEFU. Unable to logon, even by directly link, I reverted back to _htaccess. and rebuilt the PHP instance through my Hosting panel. (just in case that helps anyone) I will be reluctant to try that again 😑
