Problems with LIST filter Categories
I guess I was confused between tracker and wiki page categories. I discovered the LIST filter category works when categories are enabled as a tracker field type and the tracker item has a category present. It does not appear work as described to filter a list of Wiki Pages.
For my implementation I will have to go back and define Categories in the Tracker Item.
