Serious problem editing categories - please help
I have started setting up categories for a new site, and have come across a bizarre problem. When I enter non-English characters (the site is going to be in English, Russia, and German) as a category name, the category details appear fine in the list of categories, but on the other hand they are all wrong in the "Current category" in the header.
In addition, I can't display the source code for the page.
This is a really serious problem for me and I would very much appreciate help urgently.
This worked fine in the test version I set up using Tiki 1.7.3 - I have the problem with Tiki 1.8.2
