Picking a time for a community meeting

As an international community, Tiki has the inherent challenge of time zones and daylight saving time (DST).

Some guidelines:

• Try to make it acceptable from Los Angeles to Tokyo (UTC/GMT +9 hours) (and sorry for our friends in New Zealand and the eastern part of Australia but that's where the people are)
  • Ex.: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingtime.html?iso=20230525&p1=137&p2=250&p3=121&p4=195&p5=757&p6=108&p7=248&p8=22
• Publish the time of the meeting in UTC so it is not affected by variations for daylight saving time (DST), and with a link like this: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20230525T1400 (so everyone can easily check local time for their city)
  • 14h UTC is arguably the best one because is it 6 or 7AM in Los Angeles (depending on DST). It's always 23h in Tokyo (No DST)
