Text_Wiki is a proposal for dealing with a lack of standardization in wiki format.

The best option is to push this standardisation through the Internet Engineering Task Force RFC standard track.

please do - it would follow in the glorious tradition of publishing RFCs
for such useful things as the OGG file format, the Vorbis codec and the
zlib compression formats.....
