Beta testing of Tiki 1.10 now underway

The next major version of TikiWiki CMS/Groupware is now undergoing beta testing in preparation for release. The current version being tested is Beta 1. Thanks to all who helped to test, debug, document, and package in the days prior to the beta release and thanks in advance to all doing further testing and documentation. This is a real community wide effort.
