Hi!
I did not have the MyTiki feature activated on tikiwiki.org because I was not in the Registered group. I was in developers and admin only.
So, I have included the group Anonymous to Registered and Registered to Developers and Developers to Admin
So here is current group cumulative permission inclusion:
Anonymous -> Registered -> Developers -> Admin.
