    You have to enable Admin>Features>PhpLayers Dynamic menus, plus choose a Theme Style that allows using phplayered-menus (for instance, damian.css, moreneat.css, ...).
    The link you chose pointed to categories, shown with the phplayers mode.

    Thanks. That's all good, I figured it used phplayers menus, but I have a theme of my own, how do I make it phplayers-enabled? Looking at damian's style, I found this in tiki-top_bar.tpl

    {phplayers id=42 type=horiz}

    Is that enough to enable phplayers?
