    Hi,
    Is there any way I,as admin, can manually confirm the email address for my recipients? Some of my users have mailed me saying that they had problems when they clicked the confirmation link that was mailed to them .
    What should I do?

    2) which language? Do you have a language with special character?
    In 1.9 cvs, some fixes have been done about utf8 header encoding that was wrong in 1.8

    I use Tiki V. 1.8.4
    Language is english.

    But I want to know if there's any way I can manually add them. Like a php file somewhere I can edit?

    If you can change your database, change the column valid to 'y' in tiki_newsletter_subscriptions
    is enough I think
