Default # of Comments Displayed

How do I set the default number of comments to be displayed on a wiki page?

Right now, the default is 10. When the number of comments exceed 10, users could only see e.g., "13 comments" but only 10 comments on the page and there's no "Next Page" link at the bottom of the page.

I've found a workaround - that is, to change the setting of default number of comments ON the wiki page itself. This is not user-friendly. Some students have complained that the wiki is very difficult to use. 🙁 (Speaking of which, I wonder whether there's a usability task force here. Can I join one? I have a number of suggestions to make.)

Question now: Is there a way to set the number generically for ALL wiki pages?

With no garanty (lazy to test)
admin-> general -> Maximum number of records in listings:

Thanks, Sylvie. This works for most listings except for wiki comments.

Just remembered and re-discovered that this can be set in Admin>Wiki.

The problem remains though for this situation:
