    We are using 1.9.2. and can't get wiki page ratings to work via polls. We can display the poll but each time the page is edited it is reset.

    I would like to allow users to put a "How useful is this page" poll on the pages that they create.

    What is the esiest way of setting this up?

    yes ... it works correctely in 1.9.7
