How to prevent JavaScript to be parsed?

Hi,

I put code chunks into my online knowledgebase repository, part of which is in JavaScript. However, some code parts are being parsed by TikiWiki and thus not saved in the database. A typical example for this situation is the < s c r i p t > declaration, e.g.:

< s c r i p t t y p e = " t e x t / j a v a s c r i p t " s r c = " e x p a n d C o l l a p s e . j s " > < / s c r i p t >

won't be saved by wiki. I've already tried the ~ ~ ~ TEXT ~ ~ ~ and ~ n p ~ TEXT ~ / n p ~ markups but it didn't work out.
How can I tackle this issue?

Spaces in declaration have been pointedly added to avoid parsing.

Regards,
dd
