    We want anonymous to be able to us the contact us (message feature) feature but cannot get this to work 😢

    On the Administration, General page I have:

    • Set the Contact user to "admin" (me)
    • Checked the "Allow anonymous users to Contact Us" option on the


    On the Administration, Features page I have checked the following options

    • User Messages
    • Contact Us Anonymous


    We can send messages to users and broadcast messages but messages sent from the ContactUs page seem to go into a black hole.

    I have search the Sourceforge bugs and tw.o and doc.tw.o sites but there is no mention of problems? Any help now would be greatly appreciated 😀

    Yes I had given annymous permissions "tiki_p_messages(x)"

    I had the same problem. Added an email address in ADMIN > GENERAL > SENDER EMAIL and now it works. Admin now gets the CONTACT US messages from Anonymous users. But there's a link displayed in the Contact Us space that needs to be edited out.

    Oh, Sorry,I stopped monitoring this thread, but if you're still interested, here's the link

    All that (AT) and (DOT) stuff is Tiki generated by the address in SENDER EMAIL. I don't want the link, and it does not work by clicking, but without it, the CONTACT US feature does not send any notice to the ADMIN. It -the whole link feature - has to be edited out of the template, which I'll do when I get around to it (or as soon as the address gets spammed.)

    Hye,
    I face the following problem :
    test and notification mails are sent by tiki, and well received in the mailbox outside tiki
    Only the mails sent via tiki-contact look like well sent ("success the mail was sent to xxxx at xxx.fr") but never reach the mailbox.
    My hoster is PlanetHoster
    tiki version : 10.2

    Did anyone face the same problem ?
