"Remove unused pictures" deletes site logo

We just were upgraded to TW v2.0, and while browsing the new admin screens, I noticed a command in Admin:Wiki that I had seen before but never used: "Removed unused pictures". We probably had some of those, so I clicked the link and on the next page refresh there was a broken image icon where our site logo should be.

The logo is specified in the "Site logo" section of the "General Layout" tab of Admin:Look & Feel. However, the Site Logo Activate box is not checked. Instead, the logo is included in the HTML content of the "Custom Site Header" section, which is activated.

TW should identify images called out here as being "used".

Where was the logo image stored? I thought the img/wiki_up/ directory was where "Removed unused images" did its check, and assumed that images stored elsewhere would always be safe from the remove-unused button.

It was stored in /img/wiki_up/. To prevent a recurrence, I created a placeholder page for the banner. I suppose that (since I now have access to the server directories) I could also just place it in a different /img/ sub-folder.
