When you switch this on, there suppose to be a counter, but there is none. I assume that it means that users can download the content only a certain number and every download will decrease the download counter until it reaches 0, where it will be - I assume - locked or something like that. Another possibility might be that only a certain number of persons can download the content at the same time. What ever it is, we are still waiting for an answer. It looks intriguing and interesting and very useful.
