Attachments in WYSIWYG Editor

posts: 4

Is it possible to have an "attachment-button" in the WYSIWYG editor as it is in the standard editor (at the end of the formula).
If I switch to the WYSIWYG editor there is no possibility to attach files and insert a link in the wiki text at the same time.

Thanks a lot

To have a link to an attachment in a wiki page:

You should use:
http://doc.tikiwiki.org/pluginAttachment

If you are looking for a way to easily insert these syntax into wysiwyg, this may help: http://doc.tikiwiki.org/WysiwygPluginButton (external link), or you may want to write your own FCKeditor plugin, similar to the others found in
lib/fckeditor_tiki/plugins

For attachmentsin particular, there is a jquery attachment function in the upcoming Tiki version 4 in the non-wysiwyg editor. You may want to check that out as an example (although it would be different for FCKeditor WYSIWYG.

@Nelson Ko
Thank you for your help.

But as I understand your link will insert a new button in the WYSIWYG title bar.
I'm looking for a solution, where I have a table like in the standard editor at the end of the formula (below the text area).
I changed in the the tiki-editpage.tpl: {if $wysiwyg neq 'y'} to {if $wysiwyg neq 'n'}.
So I get the table and can attach files. The problem is, that there will be no syntax auomaticly insert in the text area, as it is in the standard editor.
What do I have to change?
