    HI Guys,

    Is there way to embed/preview PDF with in TikiWiki page ?
    Its just annoying that I need to download each PDF .. instead of browsing it with in the site ..

    Simple solution in HTML is


    I'm just not sure how I could use this with in .. The TikiWiki

    make sure allow html is set in admin settings.

    then use syntax visible in my attachment replacing "2" with the number of your attachment.

    On Tiki 7.0, when using the HTML-plugin in a blog entry to introduce the embed-tag, the first 3 chars and the last 8 chars of the code you present in the image are removed, resulting in the line

    • bed src="tiki-download_wiki_attachment.php?attId=13" width="100%" height="650">


    Is this behaviour possibly related to washing HTML from the text entered by users?

    The HTML-plugin is switched on, so is the DIV-plugin, which I tried to use as an alternative to the HTML-plugin, ending in the same result.

    As jcarter suggests, you can simply use the HTML Plugin to embed custom HTML coding in a page.
