    • Possibility to use tiki's authentication mechanism in a external application

    Hi community,

    i have a number of applications which i have integrated in my tiki via iframe plugin.

    Now i have a new scenario, where the application should only be used by authenticated users, and it is important who is the user.

    Now i wonder whether it's possible to get the possibly already authenicated user of tiki to pass this user over to the external application ?

    An enhanced IFRAME plugin would be perfect, i also would pay for such a plugin ..

    I don't know about the authentication part, but if you're using an IFRAME to embed an external site, you could use the Group pluginQuestion to make it visible to only specific users/groups.
