Different home page for non registered

I was looking at using tiki as a cms but seems to have a problem with the homepage.
I installed tiki and got the Congratulations message and it states to login and change this page after logging in etc. No prob.

I log in get a different home page saying "Thank you for installing Tike" message etc and start changing it to my hearts content- no problem!

I log out and the page reverts back to the Congratulation message page ?
Every visitor simply sees the congratulations message page. If they happen to login then the exact same web address gives the actual home page?
I've been through 100's of setting to no avail and am about to throw in the towel.
Is it a bug or is something set wrong - any ideas would be a great help. I've wasted over 2 days simply trying to get the homepage appear to everyone.
I even triedsetting a custom home page but that didn't work either.

The default Tiki Home Page uses the Group pluginQuestion to show different text to different groups. If you're editing the default Home Page, be sure that you're editing the correct portions of text within the plugin.

I've come to wits end. There seems to be no easy way to fix this.
I've tried disabling the group homepages and tried editting the other pages but still the default message prevails.
The point is there is no way of editting this particular page because once you log in you go to this mysterious second homepage with the same address. Both pages called HomePage but completely different from each other.
I've tried setting custom homepage but this ghost homepage keeps showing up.
I've disabled everything possible turned off every option I can regards to groups etc to no benefit. I can't even find a listing of this ghost page!
I've tried reinstalling thinking it was a gliche but no difference!
I've got to the stage where I'm about to give up and try something else.
The old tiki seemed far easier.

The problem appears to be the line:

"GROUP(groups=Admins)"

I delete that line and now the tiki shows the correct page.

The groups option MAY be handy for some sites but definately more of a headache than its worth in my opinion. It appears to take over the system even when all the community stuff is disabled.

Basically I delete all references to "GROUP...." and all works fine!
Keep It Simple S.....

As I said previouslyQuestion, the default home page uses the Group pluginQuestion.

Please review the docsQuestion for details.
