How to link a forum with a wiki page

I notice at the bottom of my wiki pages, there is the option to "discuss". When clicked, an error message is shown indicating that "No forum indicated". My question is...how do I make this button actually take one to a forum where one can discuss that page? I think it's a great feature, but I can't figure out how to activate it, and I don't see anything in forums or the wiki page itself that indicates how to link the two.
I haven't seen a "discuss" option but I know you can enable Comments which sticks a comment area at the bottom of the page. You can also include an attachment feature that adds a File Gallery-like feature.

Did you create (and then select) the specific forum to used for wiki page discussions? See the docsQuestion for details.
