    • Faulkner theme width

    Posted by SunStar

I just started with tiki and am trying to set up the Faulkner theme to be the width as it is here on the demo page for the theme. On my site, it is pretty narrow about 700 pixels.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

    Hi SunStar,

wich Tiki Version do you use?

I do not find the Faulkner theme in Tiki 6 nor in Tiki 7 - maybe it is no more integrated (/me: *confused*) - I know, that there existed a theme called Faulkner.

And I had a look at your website rabianbreed.comQuestion => I just find an image of a hourse and an errormessage: Tiki is unable to connect to the database...

    Cheers

Thanks for looking Torsten. I'm using Tiki6 which is tagged on the Faulkner theme pageQuestion.

Major server issues today, but my Joomla and WP sites are all fine. Are the tiki sites more of a drain on your server? It's still in the setup phase, so there isn't much traffic or uploading yet...

Your left and right margin (the td#leftmargin and td#rightmargin styles) are set to 15% each. This means that your middle, main body will be the remaining 70%.

If you want the middle area wider, you can reduce the size of the left and right margins.
