    You can translate with Interactive Translation

    You can also edit lang/ru/language.php for your instance.

    You can recontribute translations at i18n.tiki.org so they are part of the next version of Tiki.

    i always see this form in russian when i am an administrator(see picture 13), but when i am a registered user (not admin) or not registered its not russian! i tried to see in access rights- but i dont see any options here.

    i closed my site. thats why only admin can see russian.

    I open it. but only admin and not registered users can see russian
    but its not logical i suppose. why another registered users cant see russian menu when they log in?

    Users must set their default language to Russian, Tiki default should be Russian or at least Russian should be the default language for new registered users.

    how set default language of users? when i registered new user i have no choice of languege and when i see users controls - i dont see there control of languege too!

    In admin i18n you must allow:
    Users can change site language

    You set
    Default language
    there, too.

    User may go to
    "My Tiki" -> Preferences -> Preferences Tab
    and there is an option
    Preferred language

    You may add the module to switch language to left or right column, too. If there are still problems, try to clean the Tiki cache via
    Menu -> Admin -> Tiki Cache

    its not all you need to do/
    you need to set (multilanguages,Default language, Show pages in user's preferred language,Restrict supported languages- use only languages you need) in i18n/

    in comunity set (page user preferenses)
    in comunity/global/user defaults settings- set preferred language

    admin and not registered users see all in default language

    old registered users would have english by defolt so you need changetheir language manyally in admin/users/
