FAQ questions give blank pages

I've been working on this one for a while now. Basically, when someone goes to the FAQ function on my site, it lists the available FAQs fine, but trying to get the question list from any of them gives only a completely blank page, there is not even any source code to view. Trying to edit or view the questions as admin does the same thing.

So looking around the forums here I came across this FAQ question: My site shows blank pages. What can I do? which leads me to the idea that the problem may be that my php.ini file does not have enough memory (128 MB) allocated for it. So I do some investigating there, and am told by my host provider that they have set the limit to 96 MB and if I want more I have to upgrade my entire package, which is disappointing to say the least. However, when I just upgraded my site (hoping that might fix the problem, but it didn't) from 9.0 to 9.2, it said that it detected 128 MB, so maybe this isn't the problem after all. confused

So I still don't know if this is the problem or not. So my questions are: 1) Is there any other potential cause+solution that may be causing this that I can try? and 2) If not, is there a way I can (hopefully easily) salvage the information in the FAQs so I can transfer them to a wiki page instead?

Do you mean the PHP error reporting in the General Preferences tab? Ok, I just tried that and got the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method TikiLib::get_faq() in /home/user/public_html/tiki-view_faq.php on line 32
