Hi again,

I added a couple of new features to autoToc, when integrating it into Tiki.

• AutoTOC is an option, and has some sub-options
  • Displaying the static, inline TOC
  • Static, inline TOC placement: top, left or right

• AutoTOC can be turned off on a per page basis (in page properties)

I have not found any bugs in AutoTOC, and it handles many cases where maetoc fails. The ease of use is another.
