    I have a fresh install of v12.3. I encounter no problems with the install and all seem to be operating correctly except "Apply Profile" which results in a 403 error. I have run the htaccess.sh and my .htaccess seems to be correct. What am I missing? I assume it is the result of a directory for file permission but I cant seem to find a complete listing of what these should be set at. Can anyone help?

    A 403 error normally means a permissions issue. I assume you're trying to load a profile from profiles.tiki.org — not a local repository, right?

    It is possible that you're going through a firewall that's blocking access. On the Admin: Profiles page, check the status of the repository and confirm that you can connect.

    I'm unable to duplicate your issue. Using the demo server, I was able to apply a profile with no errors: http://demo.tiki.org/12x/tiki-index.php?page=HomePage

    I'm not sure what the problem could be. 😑

    You could try copying the hosted proflie to a local profiles repository and see if that fixes your permissions issues.
